Powerful 7.3 earthquake jolts Mexico-Guatemala border region

QUETTA: A magnitude 3.2 earthquake shook parts of Quetta and surrounding areas on Saturday, with the tremors recorded at a depth of 14 kilometres, according to the seismic monitoring centre. The earthquake’s epicentre was located in Basima, a southwestern area of Balochistan, the centre said. No immediate reports of casualties or damage were received.
