Imad Wasim, the aggressive batsman of the national cricket team, says that Babar Azam and I have a relationship of mutual respect.
In an interview, on the question of not showing any signs of past grudge with captain Babar Azam on the field, all-rounder Imad Wasim said that we had and will continue to have a relationship of mutual respect.
He said that the picture with Babar Azam in my plane also became the center of attention, after 10 years we will smile after seeing these happy memories.
Imad Wasim said that when you represent the country, everything is left behind.
Bitterness has been seen between captain Babar Azam and Imad Wasim since the eighth edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL). When Imad Wasim was made the captain of Karachi Kings, Babar Azam quit the franchise and joined Peshawar Zalmi.
Later, with regards to the relationship of the old Karachi Kings teammates, there were earlier rumors that there were differences between the two, Imad Wasim had earlier also suspected that he was being deliberately kept away from the national team.
It should be noted that in the recent T20 series played against Afghanistan, the top run scorer all-rounder Imad Wasim was dropped from the series against New Zealand while the news came out that Babar Azam did not vote in favor of Imad Wasim and thus Pakistan Super League (PSL) and the player who performed against Afghanistan was dropped.
