The Met Office predicts that during the morning hours, frost is likely to cover plain areas of Kashmir, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper Sindh. Plain areas are equally susceptible to windy weather conditions.
According to the Met Office’s prognosis for Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar, Jammu, Pulwama, Anantnag, and Shopian should expect extremely cold and dry weather, while Leh and Barmula should expect partly overcast, extremely cold weather.
