Islamabad: Former PTI leader and Senator Faisal Vawda has said that both the negotiating parties want Imran Khan to remain in jail, PTI will be further disappointed if it goes to the High Court for an appeal because this decision will remain the same.
Speaking to a private TV, he said that when this unfortunate order came to the cabinet, I had said at the time that its end is jail, this is a state-forward open and shut case, when Shahzad Sahib went to Britain for negotiations, the cabinet did not know even then, nor was the cabinet’s approval involved in these negotiations.
Faisal Vawda said that after doing everything, it was forcibly presented in a sealed envelope without an agenda in the cabinet meeting, the NCA said that it is Pakistan’s money, Transparency International said that it is Pakistan’s money, corruption is being done on it, after which the evidence is in front of everyone, Rs 460 billion was to be paid in the Supreme Court, but this amount was 560 billion, in which Rs 100 billion was reduced, causing damage to the country.
He said that before 2018, Imran Khan was not dishonest and a thief. He could have taken millions of dollars during his divorce from Jemima, but he did not. But in 2018, his new wife came and during her time, all the corruption cases were made, there were beatings, arson attacks, Imran Khan changed from change to change. I had said ahead of time that both would be arrested and today it happened.
Faisal Vawda said that both the negotiating parties, PTI and the government, want Imran Khan to remain in jail. Now these negotiations will stop. Yesterday, the impression was given that positive talks had been held with the army, but he said that they would stop until morning. There is a difference between positive and trouble until morning and the decision came this morning.
Senator Faisal Vawda said that the army that was being praised till yesterday will start doing evil again from today. On May 9, they say that it was a drama while Gandapur says that they were my servants, I do wool, they crossed the red line, punish them. After January 20, the Trump card will be exposed anyway and they will be disappointed in this too.
He said that they will be more disappointed if they go to the High Court for an appeal because the same decision will be upheld. Now, a period of difficulties is going on and will continue to go on, there are more cases against them.
He said that the ministers of that time who are holding press conferences today have come to give evidence against Imran Khan on the condition of anonymity.
