ISLAMABAD: A crucial meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, in which the possibilities of promoting cooperation with regional countries were reviewed.

The meeting discussed in detail the promotion of ties in trade, business, energy and other sectors. On this occasion, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that Pakistan is committed to cooperation based on mutual interests so as to advance regional development and collective welfare.

The meeting was attended by the Federal Minister for Petroleum, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Bajwa, Attorney General, senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and representatives of other relevant departments.
