Tehran: Brigadier General Yadollah Javani, a senior official in Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, has stated that while Iran has moved past the risk of state collapse resulting from a foreign attack, the possibility of a renewed military assault on the country still exists.
According to the Iranian general, Iranian forces are prepared to respond to any new military aggression by the United States and its allies. He noted that Iran has improved the deployment systems for its troops and military assets, thereby enhancing its defensive capabilities against potential attacks.
Javani added that Iran’s new defense system is capable of thwarting US plans for a ground invasion, and that Iranian forces stand ready to counter potential threats and defend the country.
