PUBG: Battlegrounds marked its fifth anniversary and preparations for its celebrations are in full swing. There have been many changes in the game and one of its highlights was the game going free-to-play.
The developers have revealed what new to expect for the year 2022. The exciting thing planned for Roadmap 2022 is the Kiki Map, according to Player One.
Kiki — the new map — not just features crowded places and tall buildings but also features grasslands, dense swamps and much more. From sniper nest style points of interest to parachutes on rooftops, the new map has the most verticality ever built. Take a look at the new content:
The map includes airboats that specialise both in land and sea travel. It also offers players buildings scaled with Ascenders that allows them to ascend or descend at great distances.
Moreover, the players will be introduced to new features exclusive of the map like weapons and vehicles.
There will be a new 7.62mm assault rifle with high DPS but more difficult to control. This new rifle is expected to release in the second quarter of 2022.
There are also changes being made to the Training Mode which includes training programs and players can practice PvP combat. There are additional new features like 1v1 training ground where players can fight one on one.
