London: The kidnapping of two national boxers in London, just a few days after the Commonwealth Games ended, was verified by Pakistan Boxer Federation (PBF) on Wednesday.
The two fighters, Suleman Baloch and Nazeerullah, vanished a few hours before the team’s departure for Islamabad, according to PBF Secretary Nasir Tang.
The PBF officials currently hold both boxers’ travel documents, he continued.
According to Tang, the police and the British government were made aware of the missing boxers.

The boxers will soon be found, according to the PBF secretary.
The Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) has established a four-person committee to look into the situation.
