Lahore: Senior actress Hina Khawaja Bayat says that the best roles for women in Pakistani dramas were written by more men.
Speaking on a TV show, actress Hina Khawaja Bayat said that Khalil-ur Rehman Qamar is among the three main writers who wrote the best roles for women on TV and he wrote the best roles for women. I think Khalil-ur Rehman Qamar, Sarmad Sohbai and Muhammad Ahmed have written great roles for women.
Khalilur Rahman Qamar has been criticized for writing the dialogue of ‘Do Takke Ki Aurat’ in the drama serial ‘Mere Paas Tum Ho’ and for speaking inappropriately about women in several interviews.
Hina Khawaja Bayat added that other actresses including Madiha Imam, Saba Qamar, Zara Noor Abbas and Sajal Ali are doing well while working with Umair Rana, Waseem Sajjad and Wahaj Ali is fun.
