Sherry Rehman said that BRI countries have increased trade by 45% after this project, BRI countries have increased digital connectivity by 60%.
He said that the import ratio of solar panels from China is very high, one third of Pakistan’s installed solar panel capacity comes from China, Pakistan is quietly moving towards solar energy and I call it ‘Rooftop Revolution’. I understand.
The PPP leader said that Pakistan’s energy sector is outdated, people are going solar and selling energy to the national grid, Pakistan’s parliament building has been selling energy to the national grid for many years.
