Muzaffarabad: Three policemen were martyred and nine were injured in the firing of armed rioters in Dhirkot area of ​​Azad Kashmir.

According to Express News, armed rioters of the Awami Action Committee opened unprovoked fire on policemen, in which 3 policemen were martyred and 9 were injured.

Among the officers martyred in the firing, Constable Khurshid and Constable Jamil belonged to Bagh and Constable Tahir Rafi belonged to Muzaffarabad.

The families of the martyred and injured policemen demanded that the government bring the killers to justice and give them severe punishment, while the authorities said that the law enforcement agencies are taking strict legal action against the armed rioters.

In this regard, it was said that no armed group can be allowed to take the law into their own hands.
