ISLAMABAD: Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has concluded distributing sacrificial meat across 10 regions in Pakistan which helped over 6,000 underprivileged families to celebrate Eid al-Azha.
The 3-day programme, which was implemented in coordination with the UAE Embassy in Pakistan, was part of ERC’s efforts to help thousands of needy families, orphans and displaced persons affected by the recent floods and instability taking place in the tribal areas of North Waziristan, and residents in the cities of Nowshera and Kohat in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
