The court of Judicial Magistrate Central has approved physical remand of accused Anmol alias Pinky till May 22.
On the other hand, the court of Judicial Magistrate South has extended the physical remand of accused Pinky in the murder case by 2 days. The accused has been ordered to be produced again on Monday. The court has granted judicial remand to the accused in 13 other cases of South District.
Meanwhile, the Malir court has ordered to send Anmol alias Pinky to jail on judicial remand in the Sachal police station case. The court has sought a challan from the investigating officer within 14 days. In this regard, the prosecution says that it will challenge the court decision.
In the city court, Anmol alias Pinky revealed a person named Baba in the courtroom. Anmol alias Pinky seemed to be eager to meet a Baba’s servant.
Anmol alias Pinky asked a lawyer present in the courtroom whether Baba had sent her. On the lawyer’s request, Pinky kept searching for Baba’s servant in the courtroom. The accused said in the courtroom, “We are drowned, Sanam, we will drown you too.”
Defense lawyer Mir Hidayatullah Advocate said that a judicial remand has been obtained from Malir. Here too, the judge has the discretion to decide what to do. He said that our position is that false cases have been made.
On the other hand, due to unannounced load shedding in the City Court, there was an obstacle in the orders regarding the physical remand or sending Anmol alias Pinky to jail.

According to the SIU investigation officer, one of the accused in the case, Bilal alias Kashif, is in jail. The written order states that the accused complained of torture in police custody, but there are no visible signs of torture.
According to the written order, the investigation officer suggested that the accused be examined by a medico-legal officer and submit a report. The court ruled that the accused was a fugitive in the case and was also involved in various serious cases.
The written decision states that the investigation officer requested a 14-day physical remand, while the accused is a nominee in the Anmol case and the SIU has applied for remand for the first time.
The court ruled that similar cases are also registered against the accused in other districts, so the physical remand of the accused for 6 days is approved.
According to the written decision, the accused will be produced before the relevant court on May 22, while the progress report of the investigation has also been directed to be submitted to the court.
