Whether you eat eggs fried or boiled, this simple food can reduce the risk of dementia to a surprising extent.
According to a new study, eating eggs can reduce the risk of dementia by almost a third.
The study, conducted on almost 40,000 people over the age of 65, found that people who regularly ate eggs were less likely to be diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.
According to the study, people who ate an egg at least five days a week had a 27 percent lower risk of the brain disease than those who never ate eggs.
Even those who ate eggs only one to three times a month had a 17 percent lower risk of Alzheimer’s, while those who ate two to four eggs a week had a 20 percent lower risk.
