Islamabad High Court Judge Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has remarked during the hearing of a case that the Deputy Commissioner (DC) who was punished by this court, the President wears a medal, now you people have formed a constitutional court, but still the work is not getting done.
A case was heard in the Islamabad High Court against private individuals doing official work in the Patwar Circles of Islamabad, the Islamabad High Court ordered the district administration to re-issue the correct advertisement.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani expressed his anger over the failure to issue the correct advertisement for the vacancies as per the court order and remarked that does everything have to be done only after contempt of court, the President wears a medal to the DC who was punished by this court.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that when I take notice of contempt of court, I will not do it like Justice Babar Sattar by giving time, I will handcuff him and send him to jail right away. Medal Wedel will stay here, now you people have formed a constitutional court but still nothing is being done.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that everything is happening for you people, there is a judgment on everything, you have sworn not to believe it, not to do anything malicious, there is no punishment for mistakes, these are local posts, how will they be brought from all the provinces, there are different decisions of this court, the quota is the same in the whole of Pakistan.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani said that this system cannot work for dishonest people, this is also dishonest, that is why the government does not hold local body elections, they have every dishonest and wrong tool to use, thank God they did not shoot you, they only threatened you, until the land of Shamilat is distributed, the housing society will not work, if the work is stopped, those who have plots will cry and curse you and me.
The court ordered the Islamabad administration to issue a correct advertisement for the vacancies of patwaris, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani said that they should hire people from Islamabad in Punjab or Sindh, they do not hire patwaris from Chakwal in Rawalpindi and patwaris from Rawalpindi in Jhelum, I do not know what will happen to you in Islamabad.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani said that the advertisement should be corrected and issued again at the next hearing, the hearing of the case was adjourned until next month.
