According to Ashley St. Clair, when she met Elon Musk, she was already a mother of one child and life as a single mother was not easy for her. She said that daily expenses, children’s needs and financial pressures were always on her mind. In such a situation, Elon Musk’s desire for more children and the talk of expanding her family seemed unusually attractive to her.
She said in her social media posts that Elon Musk often said that the most limited thing in life for her was time, while she wanted more children. According to Ashley, the idea of living with someone who loves children and where there is no worry about financial instability played a major role in her decision.
Ashley St. Clair also revealed that raising children has become a big challenge for parents in the current economic situation, which is why financial security was extremely important to her. She said that she knows firsthand how difficult it is to be a single mother and this experience forced her to think about a stable future.
She first announced on social media platform X in February last year that the father of her child was Elon Musk. According to Ashley, there was a deep emotional connection between the two before the pregnancy, however, after the pregnancy, Elon Musk’s behavior began to change significantly and things were not the same as before.
She said that she kept the birth of her child a secret for about five months so that the child’s privacy and security were not affected. Later, while speaking on a podcast, she alleged that the financial support provided by Elon Musk was gradually reduced. According to her, initially she was given $100,000 per month, which was later reduced to $40,000 and then $20,000.
It should be recalled that Ashley St. Clair and Elon Musk first met during an interview in May 2023. Elon Musk is currently in the news for his 14 children with different women.
