The US Navy is currently maintaining a blockade against Iran in the Arabian Sea, with three destroyers—USS Truxtun (DDG 103), USS Rafael Peralta (DDG 115), and USS Mason (DDG 87)—actively deployed in the region.

According to US Central Command (CENTCOM), the blockade has so far redirected 57 commercial vessels and disabled 4 ships to prevent them from entering or leaving Iranian ports.

In a post on X, it wrote: “The three destroyers are currently sailing in the Arabian Sea supporting the blockade against Iran. As of today, CENTCOM forces have redirected 57 commercial vessels and disabled 4 to prevent the ships from entering or leaving Iranian ports”.
