ISLAMABAD: Editor in Chief Pakistan Group of Newspapers and Chairman Roze News SK Niazi while talking in his renowned talk show Sachi Baat said, the US stock exchange rose sharply today. He termed the completion of one year of the “fight for truth” a matter of joy, stating that under the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, the battle of truth was won. He said God has bestowed great grace upon Pakistan and that a befitting reply was given to Afghanistan under the Field Marshal’s leadership. He added that the country’s economy is not doing well, people are struggling for basic needs, and internal conditions must be improved.
Former Ambassador Mian Sanaullah said the American President is making strong statements and expressed hope that US-Iran talks will be successful and continue. He said Donald Trump is expected to visit China soon. He alleged that India has been making false accusations against Pakistan and that its narrative is being disproved. He termed the Pahalgam incident a staged drama and said Pakistan’s response to India will be remembered. He added that India has remained silent on Iran, regional allies support Pakistan, and there will be no war between Pakistan and India. He criticized India’s move to block Pakistan’s water and said India will think carefully before any future action.
Air Vice Marshal (Retd) Ijaz Mahmood said US-Iran talks should continue but warned that war could erupt at any time due to American statements. He said the struggle for truth has completed one year and claimed Pakistan defeated India decisively under the Field Marshal’s leadership. He stated that Pakistan’s response in the war of attrition will be remembered for centuries and that the nation remained united throughout. He also termed the Pahalgam incident a false drama and said Pakistan’s global voice has strengthened.
Republican Party leader Sajid Tarar said the US Secretary of State indicated the war may end soon and confirmed that the US President is expected to visit China. He added that Iran’s Foreign Minister is also visiting China and that Iran seeks guarantees against future US attacks. He said Iran will respond to US demands within 48 hours and claimed the next round of US-Iran talks will be held in Pakistan. He stated Pakistan gave a strong response to India in May and credited the Field Marshal for working tirelessly for national improvement. He said both the Field Marshal and Prime Minister are playing key roles in preventing a larger war.
Sajid Tarar further said books will be written about Pakistan’s role in the future. He linked the rise in the US stock market to increased petrol prices, adding that fuel prices are expected to decline soon. He said the US wants to disengage from Iran quickly, midterm elections are approaching, and America has suffered losses in the Iran war. He claimed Israel’s economy is weakened and emphasized that the world does not want war, stating that conflict is not a solution to any problem.
