ISLAMABAD: Special Judge Central has approved bail bonds in the Toshakhana II case of PTI founder.
After getting bail in the Toshakhana II case, bonds for the release of PTI founder were issued, bonds were issued by Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand.
Two bonds of one million rupees were given by Tariq Noon and Raja Ghulam Sajjad for the founder of PTI, the court directed to release the founder of PTI, saying that if he is not arrested in any other case, then release him.
Meanwhile, Bani PTI’s lawyer Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry and other assistant lawyers submitted the release bonds in Adiala Jail, however, despite the submission of bonds, the founder of PTI will not be able to be released.
The founder of PTI is in the custody of Rawalpindi Police on a five-day physical remand, the Anti-Terrorism Court approved the physical remand of the founder of PTI yesterday.
It should be noted that Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb on Wednesday granted bail to the PTI founder in the Toshakhana II case against bonds of Rs 1 million each.
