Lahore: A six-member Pakistani contingent will participate in the World Athletics Championships to be held in Tokyo, Japan from September 13.

According to sources, Tameen Khan will also represent Pakistan in the World Athletics Championships along with gold medalist athlete Arshad Nadeem from the Pakistan Athletics Federation.

The members of the national contingent include coach Salman Iqbal Butt, Dr. Ali Sher Bajwa, Brigadier (retd) Wajahat Hussain Sahi and Lieutenant Colonel Shah of the Pakistan Athletics Federation will also go to Tokyo.
