Pakistan Super League franchise Lahore Qalandars player Fakhar Zaman has filed an appeal against the ban.

According to sources, Fakhar Zaman has filed an appeal with the PSL Technical Committee against the two-match ban imposed by match referee Roshan Mahnama.

Sources say that the three-member PSL Technical Committee will hear Fakhar Zaman’s appeal.

The committee will review the decision of match referee Roshan Mahnama. The Technical Committee will give its decision after keeping in mind the decision of the match referee and Fakhar Zaman’s appeal.

It should be noted that Fakhar Zaman was accused of ball tampering in the match between Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings.

The opener refused to accept the allegations in two hearings.

Match referee Roshan Mahnama had banned Fakhar Zaman for two matches.
