PPP intensifies contacts for government formation in Gilgit-Baltistan

Political activities have intensified in Gilgit-Baltistan for government formation.

According to sources, the Pakistan Peoples Party has started contacts with various parties to form a government and in this regard, the PPP has also contacted the Majlis-e-Wahdat Muslimeen (MWM).

Sources said that the PPP has invited the MWM to join the government and join the government to form a government in Gilgit-Baltistan, however, the Majlis-e-Wahdat Muslimeen has not yet responded positively to this offer.

Important consultations are also being held during the political contacts. According to sources, the head of the Majlis-e-Wahdat Muslimeen, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, has contacted the Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Barrister Gohar.

Sources say that Allama Raja Nasir Abbas also informed Barrister Gohar about the contacts made by the PPP and the progress related to government formation. Consultations and contacts are underway between different political parties regarding the formation of the government in Gilgit-Baltistan.
