The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has written another letter to the International Cricket Council (ICC) regarding the change of match referee.

According to sources, the PCB also took a strong stand in its response letter to the ICC for not accepting its demand to change the match referee and rejected the decision not to take action against match referee Andy Pycroft.

The PCB has reiterated its principled demand to remove match referee Andy Pycroft, after which doubts remain over the holding of the match scheduled for today between Pakistan and UAE.

Sources say that the PCB is committed to boycotting the remaining matches of the Asia Cup if Andy Pycroft is not removed.

Sources say that the PCB has also declared the ICC inquiry against the controversial referee as a formal action, not all aspects were examined for the inquiry and not the relevant people were contacted.

According to sources, the PCB wants action to be taken under the ICC Code of Conduct.

It should be noted that the PCB had written a letter to the ICC a day earlier.
