Pakistan’s famous actress and model Myra Khan has expressed her views regarding criticism of Pakistani society and social media while participating in a podcast.
He said that Pakistan is an Islamic country and people here have the right to criticize artists for wearing short and skimpy clothes.
Responding to a question, Maira Khan clarified that when an artist posts his pictures or videos on social media, he should be prepared for public backlash.
“When you have made yourself public property, people have a right to criticize and it is your responsibility to bear it,” he said.
Moira added that some people make negative comments out of jealousy or irritation and now they have adopted a method of blocking such people to stay away from negative feedback.
