The magic of the Pakistan-India match in the Cricket World Cup 2027 has begun to speak for itself, for which more than 110,000 ticket applications have been received.

On the other hand, the popularity of the World Cup final to be played on November 21 is also notable, for which about 69,000 ticket applications have been received.

ICC Chief Executive Sanjog Gupta says that 1 million applications in just over 48 hours of the ticket ballot opening are clear evidence of how much the popularity and global appeal of the Cricket World Cup has grown.

According to him, major ICC events are no longer just sports competitions but have become global festivals connecting people from different cultures and regions.

Organizing Committee Chief Executive Kondisa Ngunya also expressed happiness over the extraordinary demand for tickets and said that the applications for more than 1 million tickets are a reflection of the unprecedented desire of global fans to participate in this tournament.

According to him, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia are ready to host fans from all over the world and this World Cup will be a memorable experience on and off the field.

The registration process for the ticket ballot will continue until 11:59 pm on November 21, Central African Time.

Joining the ballot is completely free for fans, there is no payment required at the time of registration, each person can apply once for each match, while it is also possible to apply for more than one match.

The ticket ballot will not be on a first-come, first-served basis, so applying at the beginning of registration or joining later will not affect the chances of success.

If more applications are received for a match than there are tickets available, successful applicants will be selected through a draw.

Successful and unsuccessful candidates will be notified on the email address provided during registration.
