Lahore Qalandars defeated Peshawar Zalmi by 9 runs in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11.
In the 30th match of the event played at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, Quetta Gladiators managed to score runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the stipulated overs.
For Gladiators, Riley Rossouw was the top scorer with 62 runs. Shamil Hussain was dismissed for 53, captain Saud Shakeel 17, Khawaja Nafi 12, Brett Hampton 7, Bevan Jacobs 2 and Hassan Nawaz 0.
Abrar Ahmed 24 and Al-Zari Joseph 3 runs returned to the pavilion not out.
For Qalandars, Haris Rauf took 2 wickets while Sikandar Raza, Usama Mir, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Obaid Shah took 1 wicket each.

Earlier, Lahore Qalandars won the toss and elected to bat first, scoring 197 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the allotted 20 overs, thanks to Fakhar Zaman’s brilliant innings of 103 runs off 51 balls.
Charith Aslanka scored 31, Abdullah Shafiq 14, Shaheen Afridi 8, Sikandar Raza 5 and Muhammad Farooq 4 runs while Daniel Sims remained not out on 18 runs.
For Quetta Gladiators, Khalil Ahmed took 2 wickets while Abrar Ahmed, Brett Hampton and Usman Tariq took one wicket each.
Quetta Gladiators need a win in today’s match, in case of defeat, Quetta’s team will be out of the event.
