KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department on Tuesday has forecast an increase in the intensity of heat from March 25 to 27 in the metropolis, said Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz.
The temperature in the city is expected to hover between the range of 26-38°C, according to the Met department.
The direction of the winds is expected to change due to the formation of the high-pressure area near Afghanistan.
Hot and dry winds are expected from the northwest during the day, while the sea breeze is likely to return in the evening, said Sarfaraz.
