The Indian cricket team is likely to tour Bangladesh for a white-ball series in 2026, for which the Bangladesh Cricket Board has also started preliminary preparations.

According to media reports, the Bangladesh Cricket Board has invited bids for the sale of TV and digital broadcasting rights for the 2026 and 2027 home international series, including the proposed series against India.

According to reports, India’s tour of Bangladesh was supposed to take place last year, but it was postponed due to diplomatic tensions between the two countries.

Under the proposed schedule, three one-day internationals and three T20 internationals are likely to be played between the two teams, however, no official announcement or confirmation has been made by the cricket boards of both countries in this regard yet.

Media reports also indicate that the Bangladesh Cricket Board has also invited bids for the broadcasting rights for a five-match ODI home series against Pakistan scheduled for 2027.
