New Delhi: Indian media’s leading anchorperson Palki Sharma has admitted that India had also lost the narrative war badly after the May war.
While giving an interview at an event, Palki Sharma said that India needs to understand that we have talent and money, but a severe lack of vision is holding us back.
He said that whenever strategy is discussed in India, thinking is limited to borders and diplomacy, but the media is never used as a “strategic resource”. According to him, the media is recognized as a major weapon of power and influence all over the world, but India has been ignoring this fact till now.
Palki Sharma admitted that after the war, India faced defeat not only on the battlefield but also in the narrative war, and this is a big failure from which lessons need to be learned.
