The Islamabad High Court has directed the Chief Commissioner, Adiala Jail authorities and others to submit their responses on the petition to provide facilities for marital relations to PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.

A petition has been filed in the Islamabad High Court to provide facilities for marital relations to PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued notices on the petition of citizen Shahid Yaqoob, and the court also issued a one-page written order for the hearing.

The court directed the Chief Commissioner, Adiala Jail authorities and others to submit their responses by September 30.

The order said that the citizen filed a petition to grant the fundamental right to marital relations to PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.

The order stated that the petitioner’s lawyer said that Section 545A supports family life. The petitioner’s lawyer said that in this way, the welfare of the prison population is promoted. The prison authorities are violating the law by not providing this facility.
