Peshawar: Details regarding the federal cases against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur were presented in the court.

The case was heard in the Peshawar High Court before Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Muhammad Ijaz Khan, in which the court extended the protective bail of KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur by 3 weeks.

The court ordered not to arrest Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the registered cases and sought a report from the parties.

During the hearing, the Assistant Attorney General told the court that there are 48 federal cases against Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. He is the Chief Minister, his application should be disposed of, it does not seem good that he comes again and again. There are also 2 inquiries by the FIA.

Justice Sahibzada Asadullah remarked that I wish you had said this sincerely.

The Additional Advocate General said that the anti-corruption report has not come yet. Justice Sahibzada Asadullah said that we exempt the Chief Minister from appearance. Their lawyers should appear.

The court later adjourned the hearing until October 16.
