Islamabad: Several features have been introduced on the 'Pak Hajj App' to facilitate Hajj pilgrims. According to an official statement, pilgrims can now modify their package, duration, and accommodation arrangements from the comfort of their homes; options such as two-bed, three-bed, family rooms, or shared accommodation can now be selected remotely.

The statement further notes that the facility to switch between 'Long Hajj' and 'Short Hajj' packages has been made available. Pilgrims can print their medical fitness certificates from the Pak Hajj App and have them verified by an authorized doctor.

Once verified, it is mandatory to re-upload the fitness certificate to the Pak Hajj App or the Hajj portal; overseas Pakistanis should also obtain a fitness certificate from a nearby doctor and upload it to the app.
