Karachi: Gold prices have declined in global and local markets, while silver has become more expensive.
As a result of a decrease of $5 per ounce in the international bullion market today, Saturday, the new global price has reached $4,375.
Under the influence of the global market, the price of 24-carat gold per tola in local bullion markets also decreased by Rs500 on the last day of the business week to Rs459,936.
Similarly, the price of gold per 10 grams in the country has decreased by Rs429 to Rs394,320.
Meanwhile, at the local level, the price of silver per tola has increased by Rs 13 to Rs 6,949, and the price of silver per 10 grams has also increased by Rs 11 to Rs 5,957.
