Lahore: The opposition alliance Tehreek-e-Tahafuz Ain Pakistan has demanded that the government immediately withdraw its membership from the so-called Board of Gaza.
The Tehreek-e-Tahafuz Ain Pakistan issued a conference declaration on the Gaza issue, which states that Pakistan should immediately withdraw its membership from the so-called “Board of Peace”. The Pakistani government should make parliament, national and democratic political parties and movements a part of the discussion to support its Palestinian brothers and sisters in the context of American imperialism and the Trump government.
The declaration states that Pakistan should support the formation of a bloc consisting of countries of the Global South that will lead the cause of freedom and justice for Palestine at the global level.
The opposition alliance said that a foreign policy should be made that is based on mutual respect and cooperation. We condemn Trump’s threats against Iran and reject any interference by imperialist powers in the internal affairs of sovereign countries.
The Pakistan Constitution Preservation Movement said that we express solidarity with all the countries of Latin America and Africa, including Venezuela, Cuba, Colombia, and others, who are facing US aggression.
The opposition said that we reject the imposition of war and division in the region, which is part of Washington’s plans to surround and contain China. We demand a neutral foreign policy that is committed to regional peace and avoids becoming a proxy for the West.
