Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has met with the Iranian Interior Minister, in which peace and stability in the region were discussed.
According to Express News, Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defense Forces, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir met with the Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and the Iranian Interior Minister Eskandhar Momeni, in which matters of mutual interest and the situation in the region were discussed.
During the meeting, matters related to cooperation between Pakistan and Iran, regional peace and stability and mutual relations were discussed. The two sides also discussed the importance of promoting peace in the region and further strengthening ties between the two countries.
This visit of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir is part of Pakistan’s ongoing efforts for peace and stability in the region. The participation of Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi along with him also highlighted the importance of cooperation between the two countries on security and internal affairs.
It should be noted that Pakistan continues its efforts for peace and stability in the region, and the Field Marshal’s recent visit to Iran is also a part of this series, which aims to end the ongoing tension in the Middle East and strengthen efforts for a lasting and comprehensive solution to the conflict.
