The name of renowned Indian filmmaker Anurag Kashyap also surfaced in the Epstein Files, but the Bollywood director denied the connection, calling the claims clickbait.

According to Indian media reports, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has allegedly been named as ‘Bollywood Boy’ in the Epstein Files.

The release of the Epstein Files, which contain documents, photos and videos related to the criminal activities of the late and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, has attracted worldwide attention.

One name circulating in the unconfirmed documents is that of filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who is alleged to have been called ‘Bollywood Boy’ and ‘famous Bollywood director’ in the alleged emails.

The email also states that he was scheduled to attend an event in Beijing in 2017 linked to Epstein.

However, Anurag Kashyap has strongly denied the allegations.

Speaking to Indian media, he said that he did not know anything about it, as a speaker I get about 15 invitations a month, which I rarely respond to and I have never been to Beijing in my life.

He questioned the credibility of the documents, saying that this is a random email, which itself explains everything, the clickbait created in my name is more popular than my films.
