PTI has contacted Jamiat-e-Islam for support in the election of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to Express News, a delegation of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf reached the JUI headquarters for the election of the Chief Minister and for cooperation. The PTI delegation included Junaid Akbar, Irfan Saleem and others.

JUI Provincial General Secretary Maulana Atta-ul-Haq Darwish, Maulana Jalil Jan and other leaders welcomed the PTI delegation.

PTI has requested JUI for cooperation in the election of Chief Minister Sohail Afridi.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf provincial president Junaid Akbar said that an assembly session is being called on Monday in which the nominated Chief Minister will be elected.
