- According to the Seismological Center, the magnitude of the earthquake was recorded as 3.2 on the Richter scale, while its depth was only 14 kilometers underground.
- The Seismological Center further said that the epicenter of the earthquake was in the southwestern region of Balochistan, Basima.
- The earthquake tremors spread fear and panic among the citizens, but no reports of any loss of life or property have been received as a result of the earthquake so far.
- It should be remembered that earthquake tremors are felt occasionally in Quetta and its surroundings. This year too, this area has been hit several times by earthquakes, which did not cause any major damage.
