Interim bail in a money laundering case against renowned actor Hamza Ali Abbasi’s sister, talker Dr. Fazila Abbasi, has been extended until April 20.

Special Judge Central Humayun Dilawar heard the case, during the hearing, the FIA ​​submitted a case challan in the money laundering case.

It should be remembered that the FIA ​​has sealed the joint account of Dr. Fazila Abbasi and Hamza Ali Abbasi.

A request was filed on behalf of Dr. Fazila Abbasi to reopen the joint account with Hamza Ali Abbasi.

The prosecutor told the court that a written response had been received from Dr. Fazila Abbasi, but she did not appear in person, to which Fazila Abbasi said that she had appeared before the judge several times.

Naeem Bukhari Advocate said that I am your lawyer here, you should not talk to the judge like this, the court rejected our bail on the basis that we are misusing the bail.

Naeem Bukhari said that when we went to the High Court, the Justice said that there was no misuse of the bail.

Judge Humayun Dilawar inquired that the High Court did not say that the favor is also being given, the interim bail has been running for three months, the High Court’s direction is to decide on the bail after the accused is investigated.

Later, the court stayed the arrest of Dr. Fazila Abbasi until April 20.

The court directed Dr. Fazila Abbasi to be investigated today and adjourned the hearing of the cases until April 20.
