ISLAMABAD: The court has issued an order to arrest and produce PTI leaders and workers who were absent from the hearing.

The cases of protest against PTI leaders and workers on various occasions were heard before Judge Tahir Abbas Supra of the Anti-Terrorism Court, Islamabad.

During the hearing, PTI leaders Raja Basharat, Wasiq Qayyum and others appeared in the court. Later, the court adjourned the hearing after the presence of the accused and issued notices to recall the accused who were absent from today’s hearing.

The court issued arrest warrants for the accused who were continuously absent.

It should be noted that the court has adjourned the hearing of the cases of Kohsar, Ramna, Noon, Tarnol police stations until September 29. In addition, the hearing of case numbers 154 and 155 of Ramna police station has been adjourned until October 3, while the hearing of case number 1195 of Karachi Company Police Station has been adjourned until October 23.

Cases have been registered against PTI workers under terrorism provisions for the November 26 protest, October 4 protest, and Faizabad protest.
