Islamabad: The anti-terrorism court ordered the release of 86 accused who tried to escape from the police van on bail.
According to Express News, Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard the post-arrest bail applications of 86 accused including two PTI MPs, 34 policemen, 42 rescue personnel. Ansar Kayani, Murtaza Turi and Mirza Asim Baig appeared in the court on behalf of the accused. The court granted bail to the accused and ordered their release. The accused were imprisoned in Adiala Jail on judicial remand.
