Three Pakistani athletes are in action today in the athletics competitions of the ongoing Asian Games in Nagoya, however, Arshad Nadeem was eliminated from the medal race in the javelin throw competition.

Arshad Nadeem threw the javelin 76.69 meters in his first attempt, while a foul occurred in his second attempt. In his third attempt, he improved his performance and threw 80.29 meters, after which he came in fourth place.

However, Arshad Nadeem’s fourth, fifth and sixth attempts also resulted in fouls, which put him out of the medal race.

Yasir Ali is also representing Pakistan in the javelin throw, while Ansar Abbas is in action in the long jump competition.
