Ali Amin Gandapur resigned from his post after the news of the nomination of the new Chief Minister by the founder PTI and his removal from the post was confirmed.

According to Express News, during the hearing in Adiala Jail, the founder PTI ordered the party leaders to remove the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur from the post.

Imran Khan also nominated Sohail Afridi for the post of Chief Minister in place of Ali Amin Gandapur. This was also confirmed by the party’s Secretary General Salman Akram Raja.

After the confirmation of the party secretary, Ali Amin Gandapur said in his statement that the post of Chief Minister was a trust of Imran Khan and as per his order, I am returning the trust by resigning.

While resigning from his post, Ali Amin Gandapur said that I fully support the new Chief Minister and will support him.
