Aleem, Hanif agree to provide modern facilities to public

ISLAMABAD :Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan and Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi have agreed to adopt a joint strategy to provide safe, modern and fast travel facilities to the public.

The understanding to this effect was reached during a meeting between the two leaders in Islamabad today, where both the Ministers discussed enhancing cooperation in transport and railway sectors.

They expressed their resolve to strengthen the national institutions and service to the masses. The two leaders also expressed the resolve to expedite the development projects through improved institutional coordination.

Abdul Aleem Khan appreciated the efforts of the Minister of Railways to make Pakistan Railways a self reliant and profitable institution.

The Minister of Communications said improvement in Pakistan Railways will provide better travel facilities to the public and benefit the country’s economy.
