ISLAMABAD,Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal attended a ceremony titled “Jashan-e-Marka-e-Haq” held at the Deputy Commissioner's Office in Narowal to mark the completion of one year of Marka-e-Haq.

According to a press release received here, the event, organized by the district administration, was also attended by Member National Assembly and Federal Parliamentary Secretary Anwar ul Haq Chaudhry and Member Provincial Assembly Rana Manan Khan, who is also serving as Chairman of the Punjab Chief Minister’s Task Force on Prisons.

During the ceremony, a cake was cut to celebrate the occasion, while rich tribute was paid to the ghazis for their sacrifices and services. Special prayers were also offered for the security, progress and stability of Pakistan.

Deputy Commissioner Narowal Tayyab Khan and the district administration received appreciation from participants for organizing a well-managed and impressive event.
