ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) froze accounts of Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Wednesday.
The development has come in after a local named Azhar Shaheen was denied money for a piece of land that he owned.
The high court has halted all development projects until payment to the local. During the hearing, Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddique the court remarked that an influential person is paid around Rs 2.5 billion within a day while there are no funds for the local citizen. NNI
