The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Monday issued a Senate ticket to Advisor to the Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan for a general seat from the Punjab Assembly.

The by-election is scheduled for September 9, following the seat’s vacancy after Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Ijaz Chaudhry’s resignation.

According to party sources, Rana Sanaullah will officially represent the PML-N in the upcoming Senate election from Punjab.
