Rawalpindi: The Accountability Court has delivered a reserved verdict in the 190 million pound case, in which none of the accused have been declared guilty, none have been declared facilitators and none have been declared absconders.
According to the detailed verdict of the Accountability Court consisting of 148 pages, Imran Khan has been declared guilty and sentenced to 14 years of rigorous imprisonment, while his wife Bushra Bibi has been sentenced to 7 years of rigorous imprisonment.
The court sentenced both of them to imprisonment and fine.
In the verdict, 6 accused including Zulfi Bukhari, Mirza Shahzad Akbar, Farhat Shahzadi alias Gogi, Zia Mustafa Naseem were declared absconders in the verdict.
