Rawalpindi: The Accountability Court has not yet indicted PTI founder Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana 2 case, while the accused in the 190 million pounds reference have filed answers to the 342 questionnaire.
According to Express News, Special Judge Central Shahrukh heard the Toshakhana 2 case against PTI founder Bushra Bibi in Adiala Jail, in which the accused could not be indicted even today. The court adjourned the hearing to indict the accused until December 12, while the arrest warrant was also canceled after Bushra Bibi appeared.
Copies of the FIA discovery report were provided on the request of the accused. Meanwhile, in the 190 million pounds reference, the accused filed answers to the 342 questionnaires in the court. After which the hearing was adjourned until December 12. The reference was heard by Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana in Adiala Jail.
