Laws for citizens or for the slaves?

First the state comes into being. Then it makes its own constitution. In the light of this constitution, it then makes laws for itself. These laws are then applied to the citizens and this is how the system works. But what did we do?
Pakistan was established in 1947. The first constitution was made in 1956 but the laws are dated back to 1860. The whole criminal system dates back to the 1860s.
The Constitution of Pakistan gives some guarantees to its citizens. The constitution says that if any law is against the Qur’an and Sunnah , it will be null and void. But there are dozens of laws that contradict Islam as well as basic human rights, but they are being ignored and practiced. Parliament has no time to review them, lawyers do not question them and courts do not review them.
To date, the constitution has not been included in the curriculum so that people do not know what their basic rights are in the light of the constitution Quaid-e-Azam did not let a single day go to waste and started work on constitution from the vry first day.
He knew how important the constitution and laws were. But very soon he left for heavenly abode.The Quaid-e-Azam was ill but he ordered the State Bank to establish the economy on Islamic lines. This dream , sadly . hasn’t come true even today.
If Quaid-e-Azam had survived, the constitution would have been drafted in the early days and the laws of slavery would have been bolished. Even today, the heart sinks wondering if this was just a coincidence. Was it possible that the Governor General and the Father of the Nation was in his death bed and an ambulance without petrol was sent to pick him up from the airport?
The Quaid-e-Azam won a landslide victory in the 1946 provincial elections.
This success became the first image of the establishment of Pakistan. The provincial assemblies formed from these elections then formed the first Constituent Assembly .

Quaid-e-Azam was its first president. The same assembly was supposed to make the constitution. But A Governor General Ghulam Muhammad dissolcedit. The fear was that if Pakistan is having its own constitution then bureaucrat Babu’s whims would disappear and a rule would come in the country. Babu people were pharaohs of the system.
Can you imagine a government of a country telling its court to make a decision, but while making a decision, please remember that our country is not yet a free country, e are still salave? When the Speaker Maulvi Tamizuddin went to the court against the dissolution of the Assembly, what position did the bureaucrat Governor General Ghulam Muhammad opt in the court
He told the court that Pakistan was not yet a completely independent and sovereign country. And since the Governor-General is the representative of the United Kingdom, he can dissolve the Assembly at any time. No order of the king’s representative can be challenged in any court.
Today we are told how Justice Munir made a decision based upon the doctrine of necessity, the destructive effects of which still remain today
When this decision came to light, Justice Cornelius was upset. He wrote in his dissenting note that this decision is an insult to Pakistan, it is an insult to Pakistan’s independence, it is an insult to the people of Pakistan
Interestingly, the Governor General’s position, which was accepted by Justice Munir, was rejected by the Queen herself. When the same Governor General fired Hussain Shaheed Suhrawardy from the post of Prime Minister, he demanded from Queen Elizabeth to nullify the decision. Queen Elizabeth said that Pakistan is an independent country and she cannot interfere in the affairs of Pakistan.
In other words, the bureaucratic Governor General of Pakistan and Justice Munir agreed that Pakistan is not a completely free country and the Queen was saying that Pakistan was a sovereign country
The evil lies in the laws of slavery and the structure of the bureaucracy.
Real change is impossible until these monuments of slavery are demolished.
